The Wola district has become Warsaw's new business hotspot with the Mintz Residence project, which was selected for development in a closed investor competition in 2014.

Right before our eyes, it is transitioning from an area of desolate factories to an intensive, versatile and highly commercial area of Warsaw.

Mennica Residence makes up a multifunctional complex, including services, shops, offices and a variety of flat types - from exclusive, two-level units to compact micro-apartments rented on a short-term basis.

Great care was taken to create a coherent urban space. The building offers 430 units, including 7 penthouses. The flats range in size from 26 to 300 sqm. Many have additional areas such as a terrace, loggia, balcony or garden.

Interestingly, a networking space for residents (the Club Room) has been created, where special events can be organised, and a specially dedicated area has been designed for spending time with the little ones.

The designers aimed to strike a balance between high-end architecture, cost-effective solutions and the character of the evolving district of Wola.

On the site of the former 1950s headquarters of the Mennica Polska, Golub GetHouse has decided to undertake two significant investments and create the Mennica Residence residential complex and an office building.

The living spaces are tall - depending on the floor, they measure between 270 and 300 cm in height. In addition, a green arcade has been created within the development, linked to the plaza via the neighbouring property's buildings.

Mennica Residence is located in the vicinity of many historical sites and the capital's business centre. In addition, Warsaw Uprising Museum, European Square, Warsaw Spire, and Central Railway Station are within a short distance from the building.

Mennica Residence lies along the second underground line. The most important stations for office workers are Rondo Daszyńskiego and Rondo ONZ. The nearest large shopping centres are the Arkadia Centre and the Złote Tarasy Shopping Centre.

The Norblin and Brewery complexes, nearby, provide retail, social and recreational functions after redevelopment.

One of the most renowned bio-markets in Warsaw has been restored to the Norblin Hall, which was already famous even before the decision was made to redevelop the facilities.

The area has no shortage of unique cafés and pubs that attract locals at any time of day.
