Providing personaldata is voluntary, but necessary for the effective implementation of the indicated purpose.The consequence of not providing data will be the inability to handle your application.

The legal basis for your personal data processing is: article 6 subsection 1 paragraph f) of the GDPR andyour consent to receive commercial information to the e-mail address provided in the formwithin the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 onRendering Electronic Services (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 344) and the Act of 16 July2004 Telecommunications Law Act (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 2460 as amended). Providingyour personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the effective implementation of the indicatedpurpose. The consequence of not providing data will be the inability to the service of information contact.

At the same time, the Administrator informs that he/she has conducted and documented, in the above scope,an assessment of the balance between his/her interest and your interest as a potential client.Taking into account the security procedures established at the Administrator, minimizing the scope ofdata used for these processing operations and the lack of a disproportionate impact of theprocessing of personal data on your rights and freedoms as a potential client, whichprocessing may result in adjusting the real property to your preferences andfinalizing the transaction on the basis of a brokerage contract – in this context,it is not stated that there is a relationship of superiority of your interests as a potential client over the interestsof the Administrator. Due to the above, the Administrator is entitled to processpersonal data in the indicated scope.
Pursuing a claim against the Administrator, as well as pursuing and protection againstthe Administrator's claims.
The legal basis for your personal data processing is: section 6 subsection 1 paragraph f) of the GDPR,while the Administrator's and your legitimate interest results from other provisions of law(incl. the Civil Code).
VI. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
Depending on the legal basis for the processing, you have the right to inspect thecontent of your data, correct it, object to it or delete it. You have the rightto withdraw the consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing basedon consent before its withdrawal). Moreover, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office forPersonal Data Protection with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Stawki 2.
VII. DATA STORAGE PERIOD
Your personal data will be processed for a period in accordance with the law,necessary to achieve the indicated purposes of processing, in particular service ofinformation contact and sending commercial information – until the consent is revoked.
VIII. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
The Recipients of your personal data are:
Employees or associates of the Administrator and persons who are members of the Administrator'smanagement bodies – while the Administrator informs that he has implemented proceduresenabling access to personal data only to those persons who have been granted writtenauthorizations and only to the extent that it is necessary due to the tasks performed by thesepersons and obliged them to maintain the confidentiality of personal data also after the terminationof the employment or cooperation relationship.
Other Intermediaries with whom the Administrator cooperates on the basis of a cooperation betweenintermediaries agreement in the scope of real estate brokerage – this does not applyto personal data of potential clients, the processing of which takes place formarketing purposes on the basis of a legitimate interest referred to in subsection III point 5)above, the Administrator does not share these data with other intermediaries. Through the co-administrationagreement, the cooperating intermediaries ensure the security of personal data.undertaking to fulfill a number of obligations related to data processing.
External entities providing services you are interested in, with which theAdministrator cooperates (e.g. interior designer, tax advisor, credit counsel,developers) – while the Administrator provides these entities with your contact detailsonly at your express request.
Entities entrusted by the Administrator with the processing of personal data: the WarsawReal Estate Agents' Association with its registered office in Warsaw, being the owner of the worksoftware of the intermediary whose Administrator is the user; providers of IT,accounting, legal, courier, postal, marketing services – while the Controllerinforms that it takes all necessary measures to ensure that subcontractors and othercooperating entities guarantee the application of appropriate security measureswhenever they process personal data on behalf of the Administrator.
Public administration entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions.
IX. INFORMATION ON TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EEA
Your data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area or made availableto international organisations.
